A legal disclaimer

REFUNDS:  All of our services are guaranteed to be carried out with the maximum amount of professionalism and quality.   A checklist will be designed  specifically for YOU so that things don't get overlooked or forgotten.  With that being said, we are also not perfect.  If we forget something, please just let us know and we will make it right.  If there is something not on our checklist that you wish to have done, please contact us and we can discuss adding that task moving forward.  Our teams work hard to ensure we leave your home spic and span.  If you feel that we missed the mark, please let us know and we will see what can be done.   With that being said, once we have completed a cleaning,  it is non refundable.  

CANCELLATIONS:  Things happen - we understand and we will try to be as flexible with you as possible with rescheduling, however, we DO require a 48 hour notice and you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.  If no notice is given, you WILL be charged for the entire cleaning.

 

ESTIMATED TIME FRAME:  The time frame estimated for completion of cleanings are just that, estimates,  and based off historical data, but every home is different.  If we feel we will not be able to complete the job in the time frame we have estimated, we will contact you to discuss options.

PETS:    We love our furry friends!  Please advise us ahead of time so we can be adequately prepared.  Also, we ask that any animals be secured for their safety and the safety of the cleaning teams.   There is an upcharge for cleaning homes with pets.

CLEANING SUPPLIES:  It hasn't happened to us, but I recently heard a horror story of a cleaning company that cleaned a home with bed bugs and then inadvertently brought those bed bugs to their next cleaning in the vaccume.   That would be horrifying, so instead of bringing our own cleaning supplies and risk that happening, we use your supplies.
